Yes. We're fully licensed in Idaho and carry $2M general liability insurance plus workers' compensation. We're happy to provide proof of insurance (COI) for any commercial client or HOA that requires it.

It depends on the technique. Traditional high-pressure washing can damage vinyl, stucco, and wood. That's why for siding we use a soft-wash system — low pressure combined with specialized cleaners that lift mold and mildew without harming your home. For tougher surfaces like concrete, we use higher pressure.

Not at all. As long as we have access to outdoor water spigots and the areas you'd like cleaned, we can work while you're at work or running errands. We'll text you when we arrive and send a completion notification when we're done.

A standard window cleaning takes 2-4 hours. A house wash takes 1-3 hours. A driveway pressure wash takes 1-2 hours. Larger properties or combination services take longer — we'll give you a time estimate when we quote the job.

Most Treasure Valley homes benefit from annual house washing and window cleaning. Driveways and concrete typically need cleaning every 1-2 years. Properties with heavy tree cover, nearby fields, or visible mold may need more frequent cleaning. We'll recommend a schedule during your estimate.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, ACH transfers, and digital payments (Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay). Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are arranged in advance for commercial clients.

Yes. For both residential and commercial clients, we offer weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual plans — and recurring customers save 15-25% off one-time pricing. It's a great way to keep your property looking its best year-round.

We monitor weather closely and will reach out if conditions require rescheduling. Light rain usually doesn't affect service, but heavy wind, storms, or freezing temperatures do. Rescheduling is always free.

Yes. We use biodegradable, eco-friendly cleaning solutions that are safe around pets, kids, and landscaping when used as directed. We also pre-rinse plants before washing and protect any sensitive garden areas.
